The Ann Arbor Blues Festival offers food vendors and merchants of arts, crafts, and other merchandise the opportunity to display, advertise, and sell their wares to the many guests who will be attending our festival from across Michigan and the country.
We hope to engage our guests with rich and diverse culinary and shopping experiences that highlight the best of what Michigan has to offer. Fresh, natural ingredients, sourced locally. Abundant vegetarian and vegan options. Refreshing craft beverages created right here in the Mitten State. Artwork and merchandise that reflect the diversity of skills, cultures, interests, talents, and materials that can be found in the region. Because we recognize a broad selection is a good thing, we welcome vendors and goods from outside the area, too.
Qualified food vendors and other merchants are invited to submit applications to be permitted on the grounds of the Ann Arbor Blues Festival. Vendors are expected to be at the Fairgrounds for both days of the Festival unless arrangements have been made in advance with the Festival administration. We have had the unfortunate experience of having vendors commit to participation, only to cancel at the last minute or worse, fail to appear. As a result, we are forced to implement the following policies:
Each completed application must be accompanied by a non-refundable $10 application fee. If you're selected to participate in the Festival, each vendor must provide a deposit to secure its space, which will be applied to the final amount owed. The deposit is refundable unless the vendor cancels less than 21 days before the Festival.
Please click on the appropriate button below to begin the application process.
Please note that the Non-Food Merchant Application is not yet live as of June 18, 2018. Until it is activated, please write with any questions.
